Advantage Testing GMAT Q&A

Is a calculator allowed on the GMAT?

No, you cannot bring a calculator to your GMAT administration. Calculators are not allowed on the Quantitative, Verbal, or AWA sections of the GMAT; an on-screen calculator will be provided for use during the Integrated Reasoning section only. But don’t worry—GMAT questions are written in ways that do not require lengthy computation. Make sure to practice without using a calculator so that you get used to solving problems without one.
